We at RTGR have an advanced state of art mass spectrometry facility that supports the proteomics study. The facility is equipped with Easy nanoLC-II coupled with LTQ Velos Pro mass spectrometer (Thermo Scientific). The facility is open to researchers and industries across the globe. We have a highly motivated and dedicated team excelled in proteomics and helps achieve researcher’s goals. The facility offers nano-LCMS-based proteomics services (label-free quantification) and the identification of peptides.

Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Velos Pro mass spectrometer is a hybrid consisting of dual pressure linear ion trap and the orbitrap analyzer with a mass range from 50-2000 m/z. Increased sensitivity and dynamic range help analyze and identify low-abundant and highly complex peptides in biological samples.
